Hi, my name is Kelly and I love food! I have always enjoyed food and creating recipes which are healthy and most importantly tasty. After recently becoming a Mummy for the first time I have started creating dishes which are calorie conscious and enjoyable.

I have tried to create culinary favourites using ingredients which are lighter in calories without compromising on flavour. 

Having a busy lifestyle and a new addition to the family, I sometimes find it hard to make the right decisions when choosing what to eat. Preparing weekly menus has helped motivate me to make healthier choices. 

Each recipe has been created with help of my trusty calorie counting app. You will notice that I will usually opt for the 'easy option' when shopping for ingredients. If ingredients are conveniently portioned I tend to have minimal waste. I will list the individual ingredients should you prefer to shop this way.
