- 500g Turkey Breast Mince (2% Fat)
- 3 Shallots
- 1 Red chilli
- 2 tsps honey
- 3 tsps soy sauce
- 2 tsps fish sauce
- 1 reduced salt chicken stock cube (prepared in 1 cup of water)
- 1 bunch Thai basil leaves (approx 25 leaves)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 12 sprays of 'One Cal Spray'
- Microwave Packet Coconut Rice
- 20g spring onion (Garnish)
Directions
1.
Finely chop the chilli and shallots. Crush the garlic.

In a frying pan on a medium to high heat add the 'One Cal Spray', chilli, shallots and garlic. Fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
*keep 1/4 chilli to garnish.

Add the turkey mince breaking the meat into small bits as it cooks.

Add the honey, fish sauce, soy sauce and chicken stock. Fry until sauce has reduced and turkey is browned, (7 - 8 minutes).

Add the lime juice and the Thai basil leaves. Cook for a further 1 - 2 minutes until leaves wilt.

Prepare the microwave rice as per packet instructions.
7.
Serve and garnish with chilli and spring onion.
