Ingredients
- 100g ripe avocado
- Garlic puree
- Fresh coriander 20g
- Half fat creme fresh 2 tbsp
- Juice of half a lime
Directions
1. Finely chop the coriander and remove the skin and stone from the avocado.
2. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and use the back of a fork to mash ingredients into a smash.
If you prefer smoother guac then use a hand blender to blitz your ingredients, serve and enjoy.
