- Tesco 3% fat Turkey Meatballs 400g / 12 meatballs
- 1 medium onion
- Garlic, 3 cloves
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 500g passata
- 25g finely grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsps half fat creme fresh
- 4 stalks of fresh basil (approx 20 leaves)
- 'One Cal Spray' - 10 sprays
Directions

Finely chop the onion and crush the garlic cloves.

In a frying pan on a medium to high heat add the 'One Cal Spray', onion, garlic, dried basil and dried oregano. Fry for 2 - 3 minutes.

Pour in passata, creme fresh and parmesan cheese. Reduce heat allowing the ingredients to come to a gentle simmer.
4.
Add the meatballs and cover with lid. Gently simmer for 45 minutes stirring occasionally.
5.
Remove lid and increase to medium heat for 10 minutes allowing the sauce to thicken.
6.
Chop fresh basil leave. (Leave smaller leaves to one side to garnish dish). Add to the sauce and stir through.
7.
Serve and garnish with small fresh basil leaves.
