- 2 skinless chicken breasts ( combined weight 300g)
- 1/2 packet Old El Paso Taco Seasoning. (12g combined paprika, cumin, chilli, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and oregano.
- Lime juice of 1 lime.
- 9 sprigs of fresh coriander.
- 3 Weight Watchers wraps.
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 spring onion
- 1 tsp paprika
Directions

Preheat oven to 180 degree.

Put chicken breasts into an oven dish and rub with Taco seasoning. Add 4 tbsps of water to the dish. Cover and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove chicken from oven and with two forks shred the chicken.

Dice the tomato and finely chop the spring onion and coriander. Add to the chicken with the lime juice and stir to combine the ingredients.

Cut the wraps in half.

Stuff the wraps with the chicken and secure in a cone shape using a toothpick.

Place wraps onto a baking tray and bake in the oven for 10 minutes to allow the wraps to turn crispy.

- 1 medium avocado (approx 60g)
- 10g Coriander
- Lime juice - 1/4 lime
Remove and discard the skin and stone from the avocado. Finely chop the coriander. Combine the avocado flesh, coriander and lime juice into a bowl. Roughly mash the ingredients together with the back of a fork.
